Delivery & Force Majeure
| Delivery Time | Delivered within the designated 59-minute time slot. |

| Absence / Redelivery | We wait max 10 mins. No refunds will be provided for absences at any point. If you miss the morning delivery, we offer a one-time free evening redelivery. If absent again, further redelivery or domestic shipping is available for ¥1,000. Alternatively, you can choose to have it discarded without a refund. |
| Delays / Force Majeure | Delays may occur due to cumulative factors: traffic, accidents, construction, or delays caused by preceding deliveries (e.g., waiting for other guests). No compensation is provided for delays as long as the service is completed. |
