[Cancellation for Online Booking / オンライン予約のキャンセル] More than 48h before: 100% Refund 24h–48h before: 50% Refund Same day / No Show: No Refund If cancelled by organizer: Full Refund 48時間前まで：全額返金 24〜48時間前：50%返金 当日・無断キャンセル：返金なし 主催者都合の中止：全額返金 [Force Majeure / 不可抗力・天災] In case of severe weather (e.g., typhoons) or natural disasters, we may cancel the session for safety. In this case, full refunds will be issued. 台風や地震等の天災、公共交通機関の運休などにより安全な開催が困難と判断した場合、中止とし全額返金いたします。 [Late Arrival / 遅刻について] The session ends at the scheduled time regardless of arrival. No refunds or extensions. 到着時間に関わらず、終了時間の変更・延長は行わず、返金もいたしません。 [Equipment Failure / 機械故障時の対応] If the laser engraver fails during the session, we will issue a 50% refund. We will continue the workshop, and engrave your chopsticks later, then mail them to your accommodation in Japan for free. *Available only if you have 7+ days remaining in Japan. We do not ship overseas. 機械トラブルにより刻印ができない場合、代金の50%を返金いたします。体験はそのままお楽しみいただき、後日、刻印したお箸を日本国内の滞在先へ無料郵送します。 ※日本国内発送のみ対応（海外発送不可）。日本滞在が残り1週間以上ある方に限ります。 [Liability Limitation / 責任限定] In any cancellation or equipment failure, we are not responsible for your transportation, accommodation, or any incidental costs. いかなる理由による中止・故障においても、交通費や宿泊費等の付随する費用の賠償責任は負いません。 |
