Scope / 提供範囲

• Chopsticks training workshop only. Meals are not included.
  お箸トレーニング体験のみ。食事提供は含まれません。

Rules / 規則

• Be respectful to others; harassment, discriminatory remarks, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
  他の参加者への敬意を払い、ハラスメント・差別的発言・迷惑行為は禁止とします。
• Participation is for educational purposes only; commercial or promotional use is not permitted.
  参加目的は教育利用に限ります。商用・宣伝利用はできません。
• Please follow staff instructions promptly in case of emergency.
  緊急時はスタッフの指示に速やかに従ってください。
• Commercial photography or filming requires prior written permission.
  商業目的での撮影・収録には事前の書面許可が必要です。
• Harassment, discriminatory remarks, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the workshop without refund.
  ハラスメント・差別的発言・不適切な行為があった場合は返金なしで退出いただく場合があります。
• For safety or operational reasons, staff may request a participant to leave without refund.
  安全管理および運営上の理由により、返金なしで退場をお願いすることがあります。
• Children under 5 cannot participate. Children aged 6–12 must be accompanied by a guardian. Minors are considered to participate with parental/guardian consent.
  5歳未満のお子様は参加できません。6〜12歳は保護者同伴が必要です。未成年は保護者の同意のもと参加したものとみなします。

Photography & Recording / 撮影・録音

• Participants may take photos or short videos for personal memories.
  個人的な記録目的での撮影は歓迎します。
• Please ask permission before filming other participants or staff.
  他の参加者やスタッフを撮影する際は必ず了承を得てください。
• Commercial use or media publication requires prior written consent from Chopstickers.
  商業利用やメディア公開は事前の書面許可が必要です。
• Unauthorized use that infringes privacy or reputation is prohibited.
  プライバシーや名誉を侵害する無断使用は禁止します。
• We may take photos or short video clips during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes.
  お客様のワークショップ風景を、記録・広報目的で写真または短い動画として撮影する場合があります。
• If you do not wish to appear in any photo or video, please notify us at the time of booking or on the day of the workshop.
  映りたくない場合は、予約時または当日にお知らせください。
• Identifiable images or videos (where a person can be recognized) will not be published without the participant’s explicit permission.
  個人が特定できる写真・動画は、参加者の明示的な許可なく公開しません。

Liability Limitation / 責任限定

• Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages related to participation.
  当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、参加に関連して発生した損害について責任を負いません。
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the relevant booking.
  法令により認められる範囲で、当社の賠償責任の上限は、お客様が当該予約に関して実際に支払った金額とします。
