Scope / 適用範囲

• These terms apply to all participants using the services provided by Chopstickers.
  本規約は、Chopstickersが提供するサービスを利用する全ての参加者に適用されます。
• We provide a workshop including personalized laser engraving, chopstick decoration (painting), and chopstick skills practice. Meals are not included.
  当社は、レーザー刻印サービス、お箸の装飾（色付け）体験、およびお箸の使い方の練習を含むワークショップを提供します。食事の提供は含まれません。

Rules / 遵守事項

• Noise Policy (Crucial): Our venue is in a shared office building. You must be absolutely quiet when walking through the 1st-floor workspace to the elevator. Noise complaints from other tenants will jeopardize this project.
  騒音について（重要）：当会場はシェアオフィス内にあります。1階エントランスからエレベーターへ向かうワークスペースを通過する際は、完全に静かにご通行ください。他のテナントからのクレームは当事業の存続に関わります。
• Participants must follow the instructor's directions to ensure a safe experience.
  安全確保のため、インストラクターの指示に従ってください。
• Children under 5 are not allowed. Children aged 6–12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
  5歳未満の児童は参加できません。6〜12歳の児童は保護者の同伴が必要です。
• For midnight sessions (23:00–04:00), guests under 18 are not allowed in accordance with local ordinances.
  深夜帯（23:00〜04:00）のセッションについては、東京都の条例により18歳未満の方は参加できません。
• We reserve the right to refuse service or ask a participant to leave without a refund if they act dangerously or disrupt the session.
  危険な行為や進行を妨げる行為があった場合、返金なしで参加をお断り、または退室をお願いすることがあります。
• No Intoxicated Guests: For safety reasons (we use precision laser machines), we strictly refuse entry to guests who are heavily intoxicated. No refunds will be given in this case.
  泥酔者の入室お断り：精密機械を使用する安全上の理由から、泥酔状態のお客様の入室は固くお断りいたします（この場合、返金はいたしません）。
• No Lodging/Waiting: Our facility is a workshop space, not a hotel or waiting room. Guests must leave the premises promptly after the session ends. You cannot stay to wait for the first train.
  滞在・居座り禁止：当施設は宿泊施設や待合室ではありません。セッション終了後は速やかにご退室ください（始発待ちなどの滞在はお断りします）。
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the streets outside and inside the building, EXCEPT on the designated balcony on the 5th floor right outside our room.
  喫煙について：路上および建物内は固く禁煙ですが、5階の当ルーム目の前にある指定バルコニーでのみ喫煙が可能です。

Photography & Recording / 撮影について

• You may freely take photos and videos of your own experience, but please respect the privacy of other guests and staff.
  ご自身の体験風景の写真および動画撮影は自由ですが、他のゲストやスタッフのプライバシーにご配慮ください。
• We may take photos or short videos of your finished chopsticks or your hands working on them for promotional purposes on SNS. These will not include your face.
  完成したお箸や作業中の手元の写真および動画は、プロモーション目的でSNS等に使用させていただく場合があります。これらにはお顔は含まれません。
• For photos or videos where your face is identifiable, we will always ask for your explicit permission before publishing.
  お顔が特定できる写真や動画については、公開前に必ず明示的な許可をいただきます。

Liability Limitation / 責任限定

• During the workshop, we use paints (markers) and coatings. We are not responsible for any stains, damage, or loss to your clothing or personal belongings.
  ワークショップでは塗料（マーカー）やコーティング剤を使用します。当社はいかなる場合も、お客様の衣服や所持品の汚れ、破損について一切の責任を負いません。
• Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages related to participation.
  当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、参加に関連して発生した損害について責任を負いません。
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the relevant booking.
  法令により認められる範囲で、当社の賠償責任の上限は、お客様が当該予約に関して実際に支払った金額とします。
