Terms of Service
Please read carefully before booking.
Delivery Policy
- Handover: The handover is limited to the area outside the hotel entrance. We will not enter the premises or guest rooms.
- Delivery Window: Orders are delivered within the selected 59-minute time slot. Arrival times may shift slightly due to traffic or weather conditions.
- Notification: We will contact you via WhatsApp approximately 15 minutes before arrival.
- Wait Limit: We wait for a maximum of 10 minutes after our arrival message. If you do not appear, we will leave to ensure other deliveries are on time.
- Sleep-in Protection (Redelivery): If you miss the morning delivery, we offer a one-time free redelivery on the same evening (20:00-23:30). If you miss the evening redelivery, no refunds will be provided, but domestic shipping is available for an extra 1,000 yen fee.
- Force Majeure: In case of severe traffic or equipment failure, we may cancel and provide a full refund.
Scope
- These terms apply to all customers using the services provided by Chopstickers.
- We provide a Sunrise Delivery service.
Liability Limitation
- Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages related to our delivery service.
- To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the relevant order.
Pre-Engraving Policy
- To ensure high quality, all custom engravings are performed prior to delivery based on the text you provided. No changes can be accepted after payment is completed.
Cancellation & Refund
- Because our products are custom-engraved for each customer, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once payment is completed, except in cases of our equipment failure or delivery impossibility due to severe traffic.
Product Characteristics
- Wood is a natural material. The wood grain, color tone, and engraving finish may vary slightly from the digital preview or photos.
