• We collect only the minimum personal information required for booking and payment (e.g., name, email).
  予約・決済に必要な最小限の個人情報（氏名・メール等）のみ取得します。
• Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Card numbers are not stored by Chopstickers.
  決済はStripeが安全に処理し、カード番号は当方で保持しません。
• Data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days after the workshop.
  個人情報はワークショップ終了後30日以内に削除または匿名化します。
• Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
  法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者への提供は行いません。
• For disclosure/correction/deletion requests, email contact@chopstickers.jp with your name and workshop date/time.
  開示・訂正・削除の依頼は【参加日時・氏名を添えて】contact@chopstickers.jp まで。
Photo & Video Data / 写真・動画データについて

• During the workshop, we may record photos or short video clips for documentation and promotional purposes.
  ワークショップ中に、記録・広報を目的として写真または短い動画を撮影する場合があります。
  
• Participants who do not wish to appear in such materials may notify us when booking or on the day of participation.
  映り込みを希望されない方は、予約時または当日にお知らせください。
  
• Any identifiable photo or video of a participant will not be published or shared without the participant’s explicit consent.
  個人が特定できる写真・動画は、参加者の明示的な同意なく公開・共有しません。
  
• All media files are handled securely and are used only for the purposes stated above.
  撮影データは安全に管理し、上記の目的以外では利用しません。
• Stripe Inc. (USA) processes payments under compliance with international privacy frameworks (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
  決済処理は米国Stripe社に委託し、国際的なプライバシー基準に準拠しています。
