個人情報の取り扱いについて

Data Collection / 個人情報の取得

• To provide our services, we only collect the minimum necessary personal information (e.g., name, email address, phone number) required for booking, payment, and emergency contact.
  当社は、予約、決済、および緊急連絡に必要な最小限の個人情報（氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号等）のみを取得します。
  
• We will not use your personal information for any other purposes or provide it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
  法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく第三者への提供や、その他の目的での利用はいたしません。
  

Photo & Video Data / 写真・動画データについて

• We may take photos or short videos of your finished chopsticks or your hands working on them for promotional purposes on SNS. These will not include your face.
  完成したお箸や作業中の手元の写真および動画は、プロモーション目的でSNS等に使用させていただく場合があります。これらにはお顔は含まれません。
  
• For photos or videos where your face is identifiable, we will always ask for your explicit permission before publishing.
  お顔が特定できる写真や動画については、公開前に必ず明示的な許可をいただきます。
  
• All media files are handled securely and are used only for the purposes stated above.
  撮影データは安全に管理し、上記の目的以外では利用しません。

Payment Processing / 決済処理について

• All credit card and payment information is processed directly by Stripe Inc. (USA). We do not collect, store, or have access to your full payment details.
  すべてのクレジットカードおよび決済情報は米国Stripe社によって直接処理されます。当社がお客様のクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を取得・保持・閲覧することはありません。
  
• Stripe processes payments under compliance with international privacy frameworks (including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
  決済処理は国際的なプライバシー基準（EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework等）に準拠して安全に行われます。
