Scope / 提供範囲

• Chopsticks training workshop only. Meals are not included.
  お箸トレーニング体験のみ。食事提供は含まれません。

Rules / 規則

• Harassment or discriminatory remarks may result in immediate removal from the workshop without refund.
  ハラスメントや差別的発言があった場合は、返金なしで即時退出いただく場合があります。
• Educational use only; commercial or promotional participation is not permitted.
  営業・宣伝目的の参加不可。
• Follow staff instructions promptly in case of emergency.
  緊急時はスタッフ指示に従ってください。
• Be respectful to others; harassment, discriminatory remarks, and disruptive behavior are not tolerated.
  他者への敬意を大切にし、ハラスメント・差別的発言・迷惑行為は禁止します。
• Media or commercial shooting requires prior written permission.
  商用撮影・取材は事前の書面許可が必要です。
• Inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal without refund.
  不適切行為は返金なしで退出いただく場合があります。
• Inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal without refund, only if deemed necessary for safety or operation.
  安全または運営上やむを得ない場合に限り、返金なしで退出いただく場合があります。
• Children under 5 cannot participate; ages 6–12 require a guardian. Minors are deemed to have guardian consent.
  5歳未満は参加不可。6〜12歳は保護者同伴。未成年は保護者の同意を得た申込みとみなします。

Photography & Recording / 撮影・録音

• Participants may take photos or short videos for personal memories.
  個人的な記録目的での撮影は歓迎します。
• Please ask permission before filming other participants or staff.
  他の参加者やスタッフを撮影する際は必ず了承を得てください。
• Commercial use or media publication requires prior written consent from Chopstickers.
  商業利用やメディア公開は事前の書面許可が必要です。
• Unauthorized use that infringes privacy or reputation is prohibited.
  プライバシーや名誉を侵害する無断使用は禁止します。
• We may take photos or short video clips during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes.
  お客様のワークショップ風景を、記録・広報目的で写真または短い動画として撮影する場合があります。
• If you do not wish to appear in any photo or video, please notify us at the time of booking or on the day of the workshop.
  映りたくない場合は、予約時または当日にお知らせください。
• Identifiable images or videos (where a person can be recognized) will not be published without the participant’s explicit permission.
  個人が特定できる写真・動画は、参加者の明示的な許可なく公開しません。

Liability Limitation / 責任限定

• Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages related to participation.
  当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、参加に関連して発生した損害について責任を負いません。
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the relevant booking.
  法令により認められる範囲で、当社の賠償責任の上限は、お客様が当該予約に関して実際に支払った金額を上限とします。
